Microsoft 365 or hosted Exchange: which do we need?
Staff who use Teams, OneDrive or the Office apps need Microsoft 365. Staff who only need email and calendars can use lower-cost hosted Exchange. Many organizations mix the two.
Can we keep our email address when we switch?
Yes. Your domain and addresses stay the same. We copy existing email before switching, so nothing is lost.
Is regular email HIPAA compliant?
Standard email isn't encrypted end to end. Healthcare organizations sending patient information should use encrypted email with appropriate access controls and retention, which is what our hosted solution provides.
