Our lab instruments run old versions of Windows. Is that a problem?
It's very common. Instrument vendors often certify their software on a specific operating system. Rather than upgrading and breaking vendor support, we isolate those computers on their own network segment, restrict what they can reach, and back up their data.
Do you support our LIMS or ERP software?
We build and maintain the servers, workstations, networks and backups your LIMS, ERP and lab applications run on. The software vendor remains the official support provider, and for managed clients we work directly with them when problems come up.
Can you update systems without breaking validation?
Yes. For validated systems we follow your change control process: updates are documented, scheduled and approved by your quality team before they're applied, rather than pushed automatically.
Can you work alongside our internal IT or quality staff?
Yes. We can take on network, infrastructure and security work while your team focuses on applications and compliance, or provide full IT support for smaller organizations without in-house IT.
