PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS

We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Card, and Paypal. If paid by check, please make payment out to: Simplified PC and remit to 5151 Oceanus Dr. Suite 108, Huntington Beach, CA 92649

  • Minimum charge - 1 hour charge for all onsite service and increments of 30 minutes thereafter.  Remote service is charged in increments of 30 minutes.
  • All hardware/software invoices are due on delivery.
  • All service invoices are due within 30 calendar days after invoice date unless otherwise noted.
  • For billing convenience, customers can sign up for auto pay by providing their credit card information. Credit card will be charged at the end of the service month and a copy of the paid invoice will be sent to the customer for receipt.
  • Overdue balances upon 30 calendar days are subject to a 5% late fee and account suspension for service accounts.
  • We recommend sending payments early to allow sufficient mail delivery and processing time to prevent suspension of service. Please indicate the invoice number on all forms of payment so the account can be properly credited.
